Come and enjoy a 3.5 hour boat trip during the sunset

Enjoy a breath of fresh air on a 3.5-hour boat trip during sunset. Our Mi Gudu is equipped with various conveniences such as a kitchen, bar, comfortable seating, toilet, and a sun deck. After a brief welcoming speech and acquaintance with the team, we start the trip at 16.00 from the Marinetrap.

Let yourself be pampered with delicious fresh local quasine and cold drinks, while we sail calmly across the Suriname River towards New Amsterdam. For many years a large colony of pink dolphins, the 'Scotalia Guyanensis', has populated our waters, better known as the 'Profosu'. Our guide will tell you interesting facts about these curious animals in the hope of spotting them. We also make a stop at Rust & Werk plantation for a short tour.

Once we arrive at the Rust & Werk plantation, the guide will take you for a walk. During this walk, you will learn about the history of this old plantation. After the walk, we board back on the boat and sail back to the city during the sunset. And during the trip back you can buy something to eat or drink on board. While you enjoy the beautiful sunset and the fine breeze, you can admire the daily scenes of the waterfront, nature, the historic buildings and luxury villas. We dock around 7:30 pm at the Marinetrap.
